Return-products

Laird Thermal Systems products are designed to deliver maximum performance and fulfil highest quality standards. In the unlikely event that you have received a defective product, Laird Thermal Systems offers repair or replacement of products within the warranty period. Read more about warranty or refer to the Terms and Conditions in your sales order for more information.

If the product is damaged upon receipt, contact your shipping carrier to submit an insurance claim. The damaged product can be returned to Laird Thermal Systems for a repair quote.

Laird Thermal Systems offers repair or upgrades of products out of the warranty period. Contact us for more information on these services.


How do I return a product?

  • To start a return process, simply fill out the RMA form provided below. 
  • Once your request has been received, Laird Thermal Systems will issue a unique return material authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the product. 

Note that products received without RMA number will be returned to sender. Laird Thermal Systems may charge a failure analysis fee for unjustified returns. Please contact us before returning a product.
