OptoTEC™ OTX/HTX 系列

OptoTEC 系列有两种格式,其中OptoTEC OTX 热电冷却器的最高工作温度为 120℃,而OptoTEC HTX 热电冷却器设计用于在高达 150℃的极端温度下运行。 该系列也具有定制配置,可提供金属化、预镀锡、陶瓷图案和焊柱等选项。

OTX 系列
