Environmental, Health and Safety considerations are integrated into our business planning and fundamental in the development of new products and processes. We have established and implemented management systems according to ISO and other recognized standards in order to measure and improve performance.
Just as we want to grow our business, we are highly concerned about saving the environment. To decrease our environmental footprint, we have effective processes for pollution prevention, waste minimization, material recycling and responsible handling of waste and effluent.
Health & Safety
Because we care for our people, workplace health and safety is a number one priority. By identifying and eliminating potential risks and hazards we build and maintain a safe workplace. Through training and effective communications, employees are encouraged to contribute to a safe environment.
All our high volume manufacturing sites are ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certified. Through regular audits we make sure our products and manufacturing sites fulfill international environmental requirements and that we create safe and healthy working conditions.

Statement on Product Conformity
Laird Thermal Systems is responsible for ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements. We support RoHS (the restriction of the use of Certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment); REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals); and Conflict Minerals (natural resources extracted in a conflict zone and sold to perpetuate fighting).
