Laird Thermal Systems has an established, world‐class service operation dedicated to responding to our customers' service and support needs worldwide. All products and cooling systems are serviced in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities. Laird Thermal Systems stocks components on continuous running programs with ability to ship out parts to a regional technician within 24 hours. We offer extended service contracts to support beyond standard warranty periods.

Warranty

Laird Thermal Systems products meet highest quality standards and are free from defects in material, components, and workmanship under proper use. ‘Proper use’ means that storage, installation, operation and maintenance is in accordance with Laird Thermal’s specifications and good industry practice. In the unlikely event that the customer receives a defect or failure product, warranty covers repair or replacement of product, to be done at a Laird Thermal Systems facility, for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. Customer is responsible for shipping product to Laird Thermal Systems freight prepaid. Laird Thermal Systems in turn will return the warranted product to customer freight prepaid, if within the warranty period.
